He claimed the title of Colorado State Taekwondo Association Black Belt Champion an astounding 13 times and secured the U.S. National Champion title twice. But his impact extends far beyond personal accolades. Grand Master Hodder has owned and operated successful Taekwondo schools in both Colorado and Texas, imparting his knowledge to thousands of students. Many of his students have gone on to become high-level state and national competitors and champions.
An Esteemed Instructor and Advocate
Grand Master Hodder is not just a champion and instructor; he's also an advocate for martial arts. As the Executive Director of Taekwondo for the United States Korean Martial Arts Federation and the President of the World Weapons Federation, he plays a pivotal role in promoting and preserving the essence of martial arts. His influence extends nationwide as he travels across the United States, conducting martial arts seminars.
A Legacy of Achievement
With a 9th Dan black belt earned through the USKMAF and the United States Grand Masters Society, Grand Master Hodder's expertise is recognized at the highest levels. His dan rankings span various martial arts disciplines, including Hapkido, Judo, Shorin Ryu, Shin Goju Ryu, Kali, and the World Weapons Federation. He's not only a master of martial arts but also a guardian of its traditions.
