Cho Shin: Correct Posture
The correct posture is essential to allow the
flow of Ki (living energy) to circulate throughout our
body.
Cho Shik: Rhythm
While training to achieve the correct posture,
we also need to train the correct breath rhythm.
Cho Shim: Concentration
With the correct posture and
correct rhythm we now must work on our concentration.
We must concentrate on the absolute moment. For the Ki
(living energy) to flow through the body all three elements
must work in harmony.
